Product Description:
“Shingna”Transparent Semi-Permeable Dressing, which is produced adopting the current international new and high technology, is a high quality, ultra-thin comfortable dressing specially designed to be of water and bacteria proof, transparence, breathability, high elasticity and hypoallergenic. It may be widely used in hospital as a covering for IV catheters or as a wound protective cover and it may also be used as a daily necessity.
Characteristics:
1） Transparency: The film is ultra thin and high transparent, hence clear observation to surgical operation part.
2） Permissibility: No effect to normal breath of the skin, protection from water building-up under the film, thus reducing infection and providing a germ-free environment for surgical cut.
3） Water and bacteria proof- capabilities keep water, bacteria and dir out so you may continue with your daily routine (e.g. shower and bath)
4） Low sensitivity & moderate viscosity: no irritation to wound and no injury to skin when removing the dressing.
5） Ultra-thin and High Elasticity: Compliant binding on skin along body curve, hence reliable binding, make it comfortable to wear.
Description for use:
1) May be used for fixing and covering IV catheters, central venous catheters, pulmonary artery tubes, demulcent pump tubes and insulin pump tubes
2) Minor skin abrasion and minor first and second degree burns:
　 a) Protects the wound site from being contaminated and rubbed
　 b) Reduces the sensitivity of the nerve endings to reduce the pain
　 c) Does not stick to the surface of the wound when being released
3) Surgical wound protection: you do not have to remove the dressing to observe the wound site, therefore it does not irritate the wound and it is of light weight and comfort. The waterproof function enables bathing
4) Surgical operation dressing: transparent with higher elasticity than the normal dressing and more convenience for using to protect the wound
Directions for use:
1) Prepare the skin for application, open and remove sterile dressing.
2) Turn to printed side and remove center section, leave tab ends, exposing adhesive surface.
3) Holding both tabs, position and apply dressing, adhesive side down. Smooth and seal the dressing.
4) Remove center window section of dressing from white side of products. 5) Remove the paper frame.
6) Snap off the removable tabs if desired or leave on fro easy future removal.
7) When a few tissue fluid or minor bleeding is observed after abrasion, burns or operation ,sterile gauze and anti-inflammation medicine may be applied firstly and the dressing may be put on.
Caution:
1) Sterile, single use only.
2) Sterile guaranteed unless package is damaged.
3) Not to be used over arterial catheter sites.
4) It is not designed or intended to replace primary skin closure methods such as sutures, stop bleeding and skin sterile, tissue fluid or fever is observed.
5) Do not apply the dressing if tissue fluid or bleeding is observed.
6) The right size of the dressing should be selected to ensure it to stick firmly to the skin and tension should be avoided to injure the skin.
7) Releases the dressing properly, do not remove the other apparatus underneath the dressing.
